Harvest Time #3

The kids were picking hot peppers off the plants I'd just uprooted. I accidentally planted hot peppers instead of jalapenos. Either way, eight bushes probably was a little overkill!

We got a bunch of pumpkins!

The white bowl is the same one that had the tomatoes in it! Yes, there are a ton of peppers. We made hot pepper jelly and then we gave it out for neighbor gifts.

That doesn't look good does it? Nothing spawned from it though so we can't complain.

John and Zed went hiking when he came down with Gma Tobi. They had a lot of fun.

Rivalry Relay

The kids ran John in for his last leg.

 They did amazing once again!

A birthday cake for Gpa Rod. It's a race track.

When Mom says not to go near the river, there's usually a good reason. Too bad you didn't listen!

Madison Cries

She's still adorable even when she's having a meltdown at the Resthome.

Drew got to be the spotlight kid in class. He picked what to write, some of it against his mothers advice. He wants to be a Dr when he grows up.

Mr Jordan not causing a catastrophe or covered head to toe in some sort of food.

Jocelyn holding one of her beloved duckies.

No words needed - the pictures explain themselves.

Who?

Who loves their purple cast? Jocelyn does!

Who has a library room that needs cleaned? Mommy does! (This was the before picture. I'm not sure what happened to the after picture.)

Who takes bites bigger than their mouth? Drew does.

Who can grow a huge pea? Mommy can!
Who loves to see cool cloud formations? Daddy does - and Mommy!

Icon Lagoon Days

Jocelyn LOVED this ride. She has a stuffed whale that she loves to carry around and when she saw whales she could ride on she went no less than twenty times! Not joking.

Even though these pictures don't prove it, the kids had a blast. We invited Cheryl, Ryan and the kids to join us this year. Ryley kept saying that he was having so much fun and that we should do it again! I think he'd be game to go with us next year.

Harvest Time #2

Huge cucumbers that should've been picked when they were small. Who knew there were eating cucumbers and canning cucumbers?

Getting creative in the attempt to get to the silverware.

These were part of the wasp next that was pulled out of the ground. Even two days later the larva were still alive and squirming. Disgusting and intriguing all at the same time!

I may or may not have been pinching my mothers butt while John was trying to take a picture.

Ever wondered what John would look like if he were a busty woman? Not a bad sized watermelon if you ask me. The downside is that it wasn't anywhere near ripe.
