John getting ready to do a 1 1/2 off of the diving board!
We went and had lunch and a swim with Aunt Pam before we headed out to the BYU game, where we were man handled and ended up losing to Nevada.
John decided to attempt the 1 1/2 flip as we were getting ready to leave and everyone was getting out. Uncle Niel was watching Drew and Madison at the stairs, I was holding the camera and Jocelyn, Pam was drying off and Alexis was drowning. Yes, drowning. Alexis figured out that she could walk in one area of the pool without going under. She ran into problems when she walked a little too far and could no longer touch the bottom. No one noticed until she popped up and was able to yell help. Aunt Pam had to jump back into the pool to get her and as soon as Alexis could get some air she threw up all over Aunt Pam and the side of the pool. Needless to say I about had a heart attack and had we not already been getting ready to leave, we would've left after that! She ended up being okay, shaken up, but okay. Another mark in the parents of the year award category please!
Isn't Grandpa Bob great? He was eating and talking with Alexis over their breakfast.
Irelynn wanted nothing to do with the cousin picture. And getting 9 kids to all look at the same time is impossible.
